HOW AND WHERE TO ENJOY THE AREA
Le Casaline di Sopra is centrally located with respect to many centres of entertainment and art.
For summer bathing, the sea of the Gulf of Follonica is a half-hour drive away, while if you want to bathe in fresh water, there is Lake Accesa less than 20 minutes from the farmhouse.
In the surrounding area there are various spas, from the famous waterfalls of Saturnia to the nearer thermal baths of Venturina or the more distant ones of Rapolano near Siena.
Tuscan art centres are within easy reach, from the most famous, Volterra, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, to the lesser-known but equally beautiful nearby centres such as Massa Marittima, San Galgano, Suvereto and many others.
