Apartments

The units are fully furnished and equipped for even long holidays. The entrance is separate and all units can enjoy privacy but can also, on request, help keep families and groups together as they are all communicating within the building with soundproof doors.

The number of people indicated for each unit is the maximum number of adults we can accommodate, plus we can accommodate children and young people up to 12 years old. We do not consider it essential to put televisions in the flats and there is one central TV system, but if there are any special requirements please let us know at the time of booking.

Internet connection exists and is offered to guests free of charge.

The accommodation units are offered without breakfast or meal service, also to allow guests to organise their holiday freely.

For guests who would like to find some groceries on arrival for the first few days or even for the entire period, we can organise a supply service; indicate this when booking and we will give you all the necessary information.

The entire facility inside is non-smoking, an area for smokers is organised outside near the barbecue.

On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen (this is the room used as a communal area for families or groups of guests and where breakfasts, lunches and dinners can be shared together), a cosy corner inside the “focarile alla fratina”, a sofa bed (French size) with the possibility of sleeping two and a toilet; on the first floor there is a large double bedroom with bathroom.
